Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept or offer returns, exchanges, cancellations or issue refunds. All sales are final

If your items arrive damaged or are incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact us immediately. Do not wait till your event or weeks later to contact us about your order being wrong, it gives us no time to rectify our mistake.

In the event of a refund being extended to you, all items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and then a refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once your package leaves our shop, we cannot control what USPS does or how they handle our pieces.

The Haus of Holly is not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed by USPS or Customs;
  • Additional Customs or Import Taxes/Costs;
  • Packages not arriving on time for your event; 
  • Lost or stolen packages.
