My order didn't arrive in time for my event, can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final.
Since all of our products are made to order they are considered custom orders and custom orders are not refundable.
Personalized items are not refundable.
The Haus of Holly is not responsible for orders not arriving on time and we do not offer refunds for things not arriving on time even if you left a need by date or spoke to us prior to ordering.
In rare instances, if a refund is being extended to you, the following applies:
- All items must be returned back to us unopened.
- Return shipping is the buyers/customers responsibility.
- A 10% restock fee will apply.
- Once we receive the package back that is when a refund will be issued.
I have a problem with my order, how can I fix it?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Custom and Personalized items are not refundable.
If there is an issue with your order, please message us. Some examples include misspelled names, wrong items arrived, or your pieces arrived broken. We will take steps to rectify the issue.
If your package is marked delivered, but it hasn't arrived yet, please do the following:
Reach out to your local post office or mail person who delivers your mail. Provide the tracking number and inquire about the status of your package. Orders are shipped from zip code 98033 and come in a blue bubble envelope, a hard white envelope or a white or brown box.
I need my order fast, do you offer shipping upgrades?
We offer the following options to get your order faster:
1. Rush Order Fee. This option moves your order to first in line. Orders ship 24 hours later. Standard shipping times still apply. This only makes your order first in line. Just search our store for RUSH to add the the link to your cart.
2. USPS Priority Mail Upgrade. This option changes the standard shipping option to USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Days. Process Time remains the same. Just search our store for SHIPPING to add the the link to your cart.
3. USPS Priority Express Mail Upgrade. This option changes the standard shipping option to USPS Priority Mail Express 1-3 Days. Process Time remains the same. Just search our store for SHIPPING to add the the link to your cart.
When will my order ship?
Processing times vary for each product. See individual item descriptions for more details.
1 Business Day: Cards, Stickers, Wrapping Paper and Washi Tape.
8-10 Business Days: All Party Decorations, Gift Tags/Bags, and Accessories.
Business Days are Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and all major Holidays.
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 business days with tracking included. Upgraded shipping doesn't change the process time.
Once your order is marked shipped, The Haus of Holly is not responsible for items not arriving on time. We no longer have control over your package and what USPS does with it.
Please reach out to your local post office with any delivery issues before reaching out to us.
I paid for upgraded shipping, when will my order ship?
8-10 Business days.
If you need your order by a specific date, purchase the “RUSH ORDER” fee in addition to your other items in your cart. Just search our store for "Rush" to add the the link to your cart.
Priority Mail 2-3 Days does not mean your order is going to ship in 2-3 days. Our current turn-around time of 8-10 business days remains the same. This option only speeds up the delivery process through USPS.
Priority Mail Express does not mean your order is going to ship the next day. Our current turn-around time of 8-10 business days remains the same. This option only speeds up the delivery process through USPS.
International Shipping Only
8-10 business days to make and process your order. Monday through Friday.
Once your order is made and processed below are the time frames for shipping/arrival of your items.
1. USPS First Class International Mail (4-20 Business Days for Delivery)
2. USPS Priority Mail 6-10 Days (6-10 Business Days for Delivery)
3. USPS Priority Mail Express 3-5 Days (3-5 Business Days for Delivery)

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES and we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ITEMS NOT ARRIVING ON TIME, LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED BY USPS or CUSTOMS.
What are your products made of?
Paper.
All Party Decorations are made out of Cardstock and Glitter Cardstock.
All Greeting Cards are made out of 65lb Matte Cardstock and come with an envelope for mailing.
All stickers are made out of waterproof vinyl sticker paper.
Unless otherwise stated in each listing, our Cupcake Toppers, Confetti and Cake Toppers are single sided. The backs are either White, Black, or the color of cardstock being used and the tooth pick/dowel is exposed. Please read each description carefully.
All of our products are very delicate, please handle with care when taking them out of the protective covering.
Colors
Colors may vary between online viewing and your final product. All computer monitors display color differently.
All printers calibrate color differently and therefore colors may be altered based on the type of printer and paper used.
From time to time our suppliers can change their colors between different manufacturing lots. As a result, slight changes in supplies may occur between lots. However, we can guarantee that colors will be consistent and match between items within the same order. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding color.
